The DVD is an interactive, fun way of touring the OBX. We don’t feature video commercials, only menus or quick facts about the businesses featured on the DVD. Click here to preview the DVD.
Is there paid advertising on the DVD? No, in order to be on the DVD a local business must have already impressed the local population with its service, quality, and superior attitude about customer service.
You may view the DVD for 5 minutes or all day. It’s made to be interactive, so if you’re looking for a certain restaurant menu, and have found what you need, there’s no need to look further. If you need to know how to get to the Lost Colony simply navigate your way through the DVD, finding what you need. You don’t have to view any one portion to get to another. We’ve made it possible to go right to what you need!

How much is the DVD and what's the minimum order? The price for homeowners is $5 per DVD and the minimum is 12 DVDs We feel most homes rent at least 12 weeks. You can purchase 15 as an example. So, if you have 22 weeks, your initial order should be for 22 DVDs.
How you plan to distribute DVDs to my guests? Two options are available here. First, your guests can receive the DVD upon arrival at the rental company when they check in, or you can arrange to have it delivered to your guests prior to their arrival here on the beach. Simply ask your rental company about the option that best suits their needs.
Can you customize The Outer Banks Vacation Virtual Tour DVD to my rental property? Yes, but there is a one time fee. The DVD can be customized for about $300.00 This includes ISEA coming in and setting up some custom video shots of your property, an amenities list, and some still photos as well. The DVD cover changes also. It will include pictures of your property on the front and back cover. Your guests may take the DVD(your custom DVD)home as a way to secure their memories…summer 2007! What a great way to establish repeat rentals!

No catches or fees…PERIOD… We are betting that homeowners will purchase the DVD for their rental season. Also DVDs will be available at select retail outlets.
